1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5pm may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship across the United Kingdom as well as internationally.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
We may offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

1.4 Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, Shelbyco is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.

1.5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.


2. Returns & Refund Policy

2.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Items must not be damaged or altered

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

3.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A full refund, including delivery charges


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
